Hello All, just hoping for some guidance. Was on HRT for about 11 months and needed to stop and regroup. ready to start back now and looking for the most beneficial AA. Spiro did nothing for me plus having to watch potassium intake was a pain. would Cyproterone or Bicalutamide be better. Any input would be much appreciated. Thank you

The problem is the country you live in. Not all blockers are available in all countries and some may be illegal in your country. You need to work with your doctor to determine what is available and what's best for you. On the other hand, with proper monitoring and level adjustment, estrogen alone can act as a blocker in some people. For best results, this is something that you shouldn't DIY.

Some people use dutasteride. This can be used for people who do not do well on Spironolactone.

Cyproterone works great for me. T went to zero within a week or two. I feel much better. Have not added E yet.
Good luck

I've been on it for a couple of years, due to BPH. I'm just waiting to get into the endocrinologist for estrogen.
