Title: Post-Operative Intercourse Discovery
Post by: Brenda80 on December 19, 2018, 01:33:12 PM
Hi All,

I have some experiences which I would like to check if this is normal.
Recently I have started engaging in sexual intimacy with my partner. I am currently 8months post-op.
Some things that i discover during the intimacy.
(1) Prior to the penetration with any stimulation of the clitoris and reaching orgasm, its almost impossible to self lubricate and will require external lubrication. There is generally nothing being generated.
(2) Foreplay and achieving orgasm, somehow I managed without external lubrication to allow penetrative sex. Took awhile probably 20minutes or so and managed to reach an orgasm. Now here is the interesting portion, I was initially worried that not enough lubricant being produced on my own. But that is not the case, I noticed that penetrative sex seems to be able to last for 20minutes (could be longer but well he had orgasm then.) without the aid of external lubricant. Well there could be a possibility that his pre-cum had sort of provided some assistant to the lubricant.
(3) I did try to find out how fast the self lubricant can 'last', so using my index finger (after I orgasm) and coated it. Upon taking it out, I found that it dried pretty much within 30 seconds or so. Now strangely I wonder if the external air dries it and within my vagina it sort of allows it to maintain its lubricating properties. One thing to note, I had not dilated prior and I had douche earlier before penetrative sex so unlikely to be remains of the lubricant, also coupled with I am using water based lubricant for dilation hence unlikely to be retain within my vagina.
(4) Only one occasion did I managed orgasm twice in a session, once during foreplay and the other during the penetrative sex. Here is the interesting portion, the foreplay generates much more lubricant than the latter. Strangely, the second is more of the spasm within my vagina which constricts and expands sort of.
(5) Also I had 3 intercourses within 2 days, initially I was worried of not enough self lubricant but that is not the case, it seems to reproduce fairly ok quantity. But of course I always standby the external lubricant just in case. To be honest, I don't think that squirting is possible thou or rather never seen it happen to me yet so are the orgasm that I had experience orgasm or not. It is not really like in waves to me but rather peaking and smoothing off (not really good at describing) but not in waves but rather require inducing to peak again something along that. And no I don't black out or see stars. Experience is pleasant but not exhilarating sort. Definitely exhausting thou. Well that is the best I can describe.

Not sure if others concur with my description. Or rather is that orgasm?
Oh one thing to note, after he has released, if I leave too Long overnight, yes it does leak out but some will remain within, there is sort of unpleasant smell and will require douching a few times to get rid of it. Not sure if others experience similar.

(Possible trigger...)

Can you fill is in on the type of GCS you had?  Basically where did the vaginal canal material come from.

I was with Chett. But don't think I am successful thou. Regardless of regular dilation, I did start to lose slight depth. Also without dilation prior it's hard to have intercourse as it is still too tight.
