Susan's Place Transgender Resources

Alright Ladies, I could use some 411 on this bit that came back from my blood workup before I start my HRT.  The tests came back from the VA.  Other than my blood always being at the upper limit for CO2 and low in areas like potassium, sodium and chloride, what am I looking at here with these results?  I won't be able to converse with the Doctor anytime soon, so I am asking my esteemed Family for a heads up.  When I intially saw these results, I was pleased as punch.  Was I wrong in that celebratory gesture?  A bit too premature?

This is Pre HRT?

Is this a Europe test result?

If so this looks like a normal in range female test result.

So if you are a cis female this looks normal. 


You're AMAB by glancing at your profile so if this is pre HRT and your T is this low and your E is this high then I guess you're blessed??

Ok normally I see ng/dL for testosterone.  That's why the numbers are so off.

Your estrogen is actually still in a safe range for AMAB.

I would google normal male estrogen levels.

I think your levels are fine and they are all in range.

As a side note this can be compared to Pamelatransuk HRT table for members.

The good ole USA and I was born a biological male but trying to get my MTF transition going (medically).  I am 50 years old and was in high physical shape and better than awesome stamina till I hit a brick wall (figuratively, a brick floor, literally) October 2010.  I have gotten some small breast growth that may or may not be Gynecomastia

Didn't know if it pointed to some transsexual marker or something else to worry about.  Thanks for the info.
