Hi everyone,
Quick question I get mtf grs in less than 3 months.
Did you notice weight loss after the surgery and no I don't mean from losing the part lol but does not having as much testosterone in you help you lose weight? I'm currently 190 and have trouble losing anymore.
Thanks xoxo

No, I think you have it backwards. Low T typically makes it harder to lose weight. Surgery isn't going to make it any easier.

Hi Maid Marion,
Dang it I think you are right. I googled the link between low testosterone and weight gain.
I wonder what steps I could take to make sure I can lose weight.

Do you read the labels on foods you eat? Look for the amount of sugar and try to cut down on it. Alcohol has quite a bit of sugar which amounts to instant weight.

To maintain or lose weight expect to eat less and exercise more.
Salads and soup are awesome. Hamburgers are the enemy.

Buy an inexpensive digital scale and measure out your food portions.
