Title: Breast growth question
Post by: Jasmine96 on February 04, 2019, 02:19:34 PM
Hi all, got a bit of a strange question for all of you mtf girls out there. I've been moved to sublingual E and now I've been on E for a little more than a month (still no T blocker). For the past 2 weeks I've felt some tenderness in my nipples and I was wondering if that would move to the rest of my breasts or stay in my nipples?

And if your in the same boat as me (on E no T blockers) can you tell me your experiences and how it affected you.

Dear Jasmine:
Based on my own experience with HRT you are experiencing much of what I did.  For me, at about 3 weeks my nipples became very sensitive and sore and were erect for much of the time, they could have been classified as dangerous weapons ready to impale any passerby or poke hole in my tops. ;)

After about 4 to 6 weeks you might start feeling lumps under your nipples... breast buds... then over time you will may see your breasts start growing...  remember, patience is needed because usually nothing happens quickly with HRT... but changes will happen.

Some transitioners will experience more significant changes more quickly and some will experience less significant changes more slowly...    it is all up to your unique body and your genes.   What your read about other's experiences and results will most likely not be exactly your own.

At 18 months I was a full B-Cup and then after about 2-3 years I slowly became a C-Cup... and that is where I am now at 4 years of HRT.   I was able to go convincingly full-time in a little more than 1½ years after starting HRT.

Again PATIENCE IS REQUIRED, but do know that changes will happen in a unique time frame for your unique body and the HRT regimen that your doctor has prescribed.
A phrase we use here on the forums is:  Your Mileage May Vary  "YMMV"

Take some time and do some reading around the forums ... there are a lot of threads that will give you answers to many of your questions.

Wishing you well... and thank you for sharing.  I will be eagerly looking for your future posts.
HUGS,
Danielle

I only had estrodile. I can't provide the dosage but I can say it was a moderate amount.

I remember it happening faster but going back and looking it wasn't as fast.

I started in January and had a B cup around April.

My face was kind of in between male and female at May.

In June my face was starting to look feminine but still sort of male but it was a awkward.

In August I could barely hide my breasts. My face was more feminine than masculine and I failed to pass as a guy in male clothes about three out of four times. I'm thinking that it might have been a smaller amount but people thought I was going the other direction and trying to be polite because when I was called sir it was so forced and over the top. At this point I was convinced that my coworkers where blind.

I came out in the first week of September and went full time. The next week Monday I walked in and no one recognized me at first. When they realized that it was me my boss was like :o that was fast.

So in short I could hide the effects for about 60 days and then for 90 days it became increasingly awkward. By the eighth month ready or not it was time to come out. My advice is be ready before it is time.

Sounds about right!  I don't think the rest of your breast will be sensational like your nipples.  They may itch though.

Oh use moisturizer on them or you could get stretch marks on them.

No you do not need AA's.  As Natalie stated e only is ok if taken properly.  Sublingual is the way to go.  Although I prefer injections.

Google Beverly Cosgrove m2f HRT.

She just presented at a conference in January.  Many doctors are now getting away from AA's.

Dr. Powers is getting ready to publish his research soon as he now has a 95% success rate with using estrogen and micronized Progesterone.  The state I lived in has a clinic at their university and they are adopting this protocol also.

I would ask your doctor about adding Progesterone to your regimen.

It sounds like you're off to a great start!  So happy for you!

Jasmine96, what you are experiencing is normal and as other have said here everyone is different.  It take cis girls 5-7 yrs or more to get to there final size.  Jest be patient.

Like it is said here, your mileage my vary.  I am now a few day longer than 3 months on estrogen (first month patches, after that sublingual), and a little over two months on spiro.  And I basically feel not any results!

I wonder when they will come fo me?

You're only three months in. That explains it. Give it another 2 to 4 months and changes should be noticable. How much changes is what varies.

I'm only 5 weeks on Estradiol and Spiro, so not long duration and I am also on T blocker. So, I don't know if this is exactly apples to apples.

I started experiencing soreness and hard little lumps under my nipples simultaneously around three weeks. In the last week my nipples have been "puffy" (not sure how else to describe it), and a kind of tingly sensation seems to surround the area that's sore. So, thinking of it as kind of a bullseye, my nipples are in the center and are very sore. The next ring out is puffy and kind of tingly. Then the rest is just normal.

Jasmine, what you are experiencing will be your own.  Everyone moves at their own rate.
I too felt most of the changes that everyone has mentioned, and was fairly lucky.

Though no one has mentioned a sensation that I had.  Within the first week my pectoral muscles seemed tense, tight, like maybe I'd strained them. I believe that blood flow increased into that area.  Blood vessels growing to feed newly awakened hormone receptors.

I did experience what you have felt.  With myself in the beginning, there were the very itchy moments, and tenderness, so don't bump them. My nipples and areolae got puffy, swelled, shrank, back and forth during the day for awhile.  Now I'm quite happy with them.
Did I mention itchy....that is often a sign of growing, at least for me.

Tingling is exactly how it felt to me.

What you are experiencing in the nipples and under them is the first stage of development and perfectly normal.
