Hi all
Anyone have them? If so how do you deal with them? Do you also have violin hip dips because of them? I heard fat graft can help with violin hips, but tall hip Bones?

The dreaded hip dip. Some hips workouts can help, but unfortunately, believe that fat transfer must be done.

I also have noticed them in my hips as I am skinny and the hips are mostly composed of muscle, not of fat, but I do not care so much about it. My focus is always my waist size. Except in beaches or when I wear exercise tights or leggings, nobody will see the dips in my butts. Even in beaches, people do not seem to pay attention to them.

I can cover the dips by this type of bikini bottom.

As mostly I wear skirts, it does not matter so much.

I once compared my hip shape with a nike model, apparently a cis-woman, and noticed the dips in her hips (the right), too. I guess skinny women tend to have more pronounced dips.

I try to lose weight. I eat a rather low calorie diet, and try to walk at least 3 miles every da, and go to the gym twice a week for two hours each.
I can count my weight loss in quarter ones per week. Absolutely frustrating! I did a little searching around on my body, and discovered that the dips in my butt are gone, and seemed to be filled with some kind of tissue, which is definitely not muscle tissue. I also realized that my breasts are not necessarily getting larger, but a lot fuller (like building tissue up on their upper sections.
I think I am losing weight round my waist, but gaining weight at my butt and in my boobs, and that might count for the fact that the scale seems to lied to me!
My arms seem to get thinner, too. Because my watch is sliding around on them, as if it was on a grease pad!

I can't do bikini pictures. This one is from today and unlike in my avatar pic I am much older. I suspect I was about 24 or 25 when I took that one. I'll be 34 in a month and a half. Time goes by fast and I did not even have any fun :(

Is it possible to post pictures directly with Google drive? Or do I have to use something else?

Thank you Marion. My hips are meh. I wish they were big. Mine are kind of narrow and not that defined so maybe its just the angle. My face is getting some wrinkles at least from comparing then to now. Definitely can tell hard lines. I wonder if I should consider a face lift at some point? Is FFS like a face lift? If so it would be good to put off FFS until about 40 ish +?
QuoteWhen should I get a facelift?
Approximate Age: 40+ As a general rule, patients who choose to have a facelift in their early-to-mid forties get a better, longer lasting result than those who put it off until later.
I'm not too far off it seems... time to start saving?

Yes. Asakawa, I actually once tried HRT about 10 years ago, getting the recommendation letter from a psychiatrist. But, the physician said he would prescribe it if my wife came together to agree with me. I stopped there.
A merit of not being on HRT is that my body is physically stronger, allowing me to exercise more intensively for a longer term, than most cis-women.

Maintaining a flat stomach becomes a big challenge as I am getting old. Whenever the air is clean with no rain, I run outdoors at least for 1 hour.
Cheers!

Same here with no HRT. Feminine enough and don't want to lose any strength or height.
I didn't use to exercise, but do now whenever I'm watching television with nothing better to do!

Quote from: Maid Marion on February 11, 2019, 07:30:55 AMI think the strongest HRT in the world would not bring m only lose to your height. I resigned to the fact that I will always be that tall old hag (6') and because I like to wear 2 to 3" heels, I am even taller! When I was in japan for a while, I felt like a walking observation platform!

Observation has taught me that natal females can have the same narrow-ish hips as some taller trans women, and can have those same hollowed out spots. They don't even need to be tall.

Quote from: Lady Sarah on February 14, 2019, 10:37:20 PMI agree with you. Most females do not have that desired hourglass shaped body. I see the very pronounced butt mostly with Latino and African American females only. I have a bigger butt than some natal females I know!
