Title: These are the voyages
Post by: BeingNikki on February 11, 2019, 03:12:09 PM
Hi everyone,

I've been lurking these forums for about two months, but it seems reasonable to assume that I do have a hard time starting out. So instead of making a perfect 10 pages wall of text I am starting out really lame. Sorry.
Excuses first:
I am not a native english speaker (German), but I shall endeavor to make myself understandable.
Currently I am 29 years of Age, still studying at University (Physics).
My coping mechanism was playing Videogames, which led to me playing games pretty much all day, every day.
I have my second psychologist appointment on this friday and am currently outed to my parents as well as two very dear friends. I am about two months into accepting my MtF trans identity. I am currently seeing two local support groups and had an emotionally very positive day today (about accepting myself). Which leads to this post.
I just need to get started - it needs not be perfect right now - because it never will.
I love swimming, Star Trek and am very dangerous with about 10 years of Karate  :)  (imagine the inverted smily, where the smily is on its head :D)

I'll be back. I want to write up an account of my past - but doing it in one sitting seems impossible to put off ;D

Thank you
Nikki
