Hi Everyone,
My name is Carla and I am going to be a lady
I never thought I was a girl when i was young and about 9 years ago i started to like shoes and ladies clothes
I learnt lots of things about how to look like a girl and soon decided to go out as a female which i found really natural.
I heard about being transgender in a local Lgbt bar (funnily enough) and went to an event called sparkle in the UK.
I was pretty sure 4 years ago I wasn't Transgender even though many of my trans friends said i definitely was.
I have taken my time making the decision to transition but when I did all that stood in my way was the crappy waiting times of 2.5 years on the NHS in the UK and not much shorter times in Holland where I am currently working.
Not to be deterred I spent my savings to go private and started my hormones 4 weeks ago
I haven't posted before but I have found the site a great source of information so thanks
Carla
