Title: Finally introducing myself

I've been looking at these forums for over 3 years now, a member for over 2, and a subscriber for over 1, and I've decided it's time to finally introduce myself.
I'm 36, MTF (but identify as NB usually), have been on hormones for about a year and a half, and am about to begin hair removal for a vaginoplasty. I've already had a consultation with Dr. Kim at the U of M. When pills proved to be ineffective I changed to patches, which while they brought my Testosterone levels down, and my estradiol levels up to somewhat normal levels, I got tired of having to wear 3 patches at a time for them to be effective. I've now been on patches for about 2 months and actually had to lower my dose once due to my estradiol being too high.
I legally changed my name in January but have been going by River at work since mid December of last year. Just recently I had my hair dyed red and have been going to work in women's clothes.
This is a pretty basic introduction, but I'm more than willing to add more or answer any questions if anyone is curious.
