I just got back from my orchiectomy this morning and I feel amazing! Not so much physically, obviously, but emotionally and mentally I'm just terrific. I really hadn't realized how annoying those bits were until now, it's like a weight is just gone! Walked around a bit and I was just grinning.

I can relate to that it does feel like 1000 ton weight was lifted.
