Title: I'm Back!
Post by: LoriDee on February 16, 2024, 10:57:26 PM
I was a member here quite a while ago. I believe my username was Lori Dee or some variation. I guess the website was having issues at about the same time that I was. I managed to dodge COVID, and was homeless for a short while, now in a new apartment, and healthy again. Now that I have internet again, I have been updating everywhere with my new email address.

I am a disabled veteran. I served in the Army for almost 15 years. I was a Tank Master Gunner and suffered a back injury that ended my career. I was diagnosed with Gender Dysphoria at the VA in 2019 and began hormone therapy on January 11, 2020. I turn 67 this year and enjoying my life now more than ever.

Hi LoriDee

Welcome to Susan's, I hope you find some friends here, like I did.

As others say, "Thank you for your service", if it was not for people like you.  People like me, might not be here today.

Anyway I hope you find what you are looking for, I certainly did.

Kind regards and best wishes for the future.
Sarah B

Hi LoriDee!

I know that we chatted a little bit when I posted my introduction a couple of days ago, but I also wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your service to our country! I also wanted to thank you for your warm welcome to me. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and I'm very happy to call you "sister"!

Hugs!
