Do you like English Muffins?
These are so labeled "English Muffins" in the USA.
As usual, many of these American "English" foods may not be English at all!
So perhaps in England they serve no food names "English Muffins" or it is something else entirely, perhaps a scone or whatever.

I do like English muffins. Lately with butter on them, I do need to switch back to just jam and jelly though.
Do they have American muffins in England, perhaps?

Here are some English Muffins you can buy at the super. Are they similar to what is served in the UK as English Muffins? An Egg McMuffin breakfast sandwich is made in the USA with an English Muffin (and egg, cheese, and Canadian bacon). Which is a good sandwich at around 310 calories too.

I think you will find an "English" muffin is a made up American thing and nothing like a true muffin?

Actually the McDonalds breakfasts are actually quite good if you are on the go (coffee is bloody awful though!). I'm not sure if McDonalds serves the same thing in the US or not.

I used to quite like McDonalds coffee it was good value and medium strength, how I like it. But a couple of years ago they changed it to homeopathic coffee. You can't even tell if there is coffee in the cup.

Almost forgot.
Yes I do like English muffins, even if they are American English Muffins.

I like Bay's English muffins. The local grocery now carries the sourdough flavor that I prefer.
