I had my first appointment with the gender therapist this afternoon. It went very well. She was able to give me a few ideas, and that made the lightbulb go off in my head. It very much cleared my mind. I'm looking forward to talking to her again.

So glad it went well! First step is finding someone you like and trust. Now the work begins! *cracks knuckles* 🙄😂

The upcoming appointments should be even more helpful.
I still go from time to time as I find issues pop up every once in awhile.
