Title: Can you in part work remotely (hybrid) or must you generally work in the office?

Can you in part work remotely (hybrid) or must you generally work in the office, plant, outside, customer premise, at the International Space Station, etc.?  That is, can you work from home (self employed or not) at times?

Do you think that newer workers are really worse off working mostly remotely, as they may not be able to learn the job as well as with others on the team in the office, fit into the corporate culture, gain friends as easily, etc. that is, are they at a disadvantage career wise to work mostly remotely?

I've been working from home since March of 2020 due to COVID-19. Initially, we all expected to go back into the office sometime. Now, 95% of our employees work from home. I do miss all of the people I used to work with. For new employees, working from home can be difficult because of the issues Christine mentioned. Most 'seasoned' workers seem to pick up on things more quickly.
