As we are imagining creatures, I imagine I have a forcefield which permits me to launch singularities at them without ill effect on me, but devastating to them.
My favorite .45 wouldn't stop either of them. So I stay off planet. What?! they are coming here!? Geordie! Beam me up! Now!
