I might want to try a good tasting fish variety that I know I have never eaten.

I have seen numerous videos of people vomiting and talking about how this is the most abhorrent thing in the world but... just out of sheer morbid curiosity I think I want to try it. Apparently it tastes far better once you've gotten over the initial gag reflex, lol.

I like to try some food that does not sound too icky when traveling.  Regional or foreign foods can provide some memorable and tasty meals.

Such as Wienerschnitzel, Texas BBQ, and so on.

No eels though!
