Bologna or cotto salami. Use it as a deli meat. With cheese onions pickles and mustard on weight or multigrain.

Mortadella is the closest I get. We ate a lot of bologna as kids. Not a favorite now. Occasionally its okay with with cheese, lettuce, mustard may on bread.

Yes, I do. I love a bologna and cheese sandwich. With Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard. But mortadella is the closest I can get now, too.

I like to make a bologna and cheese sandwich and pop it in the microwave for about ten seconds. Everything gets warm, soft, and floppy. It's probably not everyone's cup of tea.
