Title: Running and sport bra

I run every morning just to be a bit fitter. My nipples start to chafe during running for the last couple weeks. This morning me and my sis in law went to Kohl to pick out a sport bra for me. I started hormone 08-12-2025 and I figure it's time I wear that every day.

@Hinoiri
I do quite a bit of running, jogging, hiking, and jogging and a Sports Bra is definitely
needed for support, protection, and comfort.....
.....especially for gals with larger breasts.
What you described about nipple chaffing is something that even cis-males with
typical "male" breasts (and that they are not transitioning) sometimes wear a Sports Bra
to help prevent nipple chafing and irritation.

I have several 5k's coming up in the next few months. I've been actively looking at sports bras recently. Definitely going to be needing to buy one soon.

I like running too and have been wearing a sports bra for the last two years.
Initially because running is something I like to do for me and have been doing it for over 30 years. I would put some extra breast (filling) in my bra to feel how it was to run like a woman with breasts, and I that gave me a great feeling and gave me an idea for the maximum size I would like to have. I tried with too much while trying to figure out my size and it really gets uncomfortable.
I am currently on HRT, the breasts are appearing and I keep on using the bra.
It does really make it more comfy and, as I run early in the morning, it prevents the nipples from chaffing.
