Title: Do you prefer taking baths or showers?

Do you prefer taking baths or showers? What do you usually do, a bath or a shower?
Have you used a "rain type" shower head? It sends water straight down from above.

Showers are quicker but baths can be really nice.

I don't have a bath anymore as with such a small bathroom was taking too much room. It is a big rainfall head though direct from my boiler so it's really nice and luxury.
When I goto a hotel then I have a bath for sure. It's a real treat then.

I usually take two showers a day. Before going out and before going to bed. Or whenever I may get sweaty. I do not like lots of sweat. I want to smell fresh and clean.

I enjoy both. I take a shower before work, and when I get home from work. I do enjoy a nice hot bath when I have the opportunity.

I haven't had a bath in years. 😁 Relax, I do shower regularly!
This summer, it was particularly important because of the drought. We have a deep well, but you don't want to take the chance of running out of water. Showers use much less water than baths, especially with a flow-restricting head. No rain heads in our house. To conserve water, we alternated showering days.

Honestly I only shower every other day unless I get dirty or going out special. Seriously not good for my skin washing everyday. Skin has all sorts of flora and oils that are beneficial.

To me, showers are more exhilerating and make me feel cleaner. A hot bath is more relaxing. I rarely take a bath but when I do, I wonder why I don't more often. I enjoy shaving my legs in the tub as a change up. My shower has a rainfall head which is nice and saves water. I used to have a turbo shower head. Now, that was truly invigorating. I wonder whatever happened to that.

I am the same way. Get clean and get out. But when my back is bothering me (I have spine issues), a good hot soak helps a lot. I rarely get sick, but if I feel even a little feverish, a hot soak for 30 minutes nips it in the bud.
But then, after the bath, I want a shower because I just spent half an hour in human soup. Yuck.
