So I just got my first pair of Pleasure size 17 dream heels, and I could use a slightly longer heel. I've sent an email to Pleasure to see if they make size 19 shoes, but does anyone know of any company that makes larger women's shoes or a custom shoe maker?

Pleasure got back to me and they currently don't carry anything above 17.
