I noticed tonight I when I was making my rounds at work that my body felt much looser, and limber. It caught me by surprise. Doing a little research, this can happen when on hrt. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

@Alana Ashleigh
Dear Alana:
I had similar things happen to me on HRT. I am not exactly certain why
however
I am guessing, at least for me, that it may be caused by the expected and
resultant effect of losing some muscle mass, some fat redistribution and
because I was careful to keep from gaining unwanted pounds.
Everyone is different so I might suggest that you might wish to post
that question to your doctor.
