What have been the recent additions to your wardrobe?

Did you get these at a fantastic sale price? 

Was this new clothing for work or for outside of work?

I recently bought three pairs of jeans and five or six Fall sweaters. The sweaters are soft and warm, but thin. Not warm enough for full-on winter, but perfect while the seasons are changing.

I recently purchased 2 pairs of leather knee high boots. One with a short heel, and one with a 2 3/4 inch heel. I have always loved the way tall boots look. These are my first high heeled shoes ever, so I'm spending some time learning how to walk in them before I take them outside!

I, too, love the way they look. I have two pairs, both with low heels. One is black leather with gold buckles, and I get so many compliments on it. The brand is by Thalia. I didn't know it at the time, but she is a Mexican singer with her own clothing line. The other pair of boots is brown suede. They are so soft and comfortable, I have almost worn them out.

I got some nice floral full briefs as they keep everything comfy and look nice an femme. Also got some care bears leggings and top so i can wear to charm my bf as he loves them hehe. These I'll wear out and about as I got plenty for work already!

I have not even tried on boots which go up that high.  I am glad you enjoy them!

 I have never worn a rugby shirt.  Maybe something similar, but it was not marketed as a rugby shirt.  Sweatshirts, yes.

I recently got a nice, warm hooded sweatshirt, a cute T, a T shirt bra, a camisole, and a house dress. 

I am thinking of perhaps splurging and getting a blazer but I should wait, so I will.

You have more discipline than me! Waiting is hard.

I just got a really fluffy pink jumper and plaid skirt with pinkish hues and cute buttons. Bunny socks cos was seeing Zootropolis!

I got a rather attractive shiny smooth short red nightgown.  It only goes down mid thigh, while standing I should say.  I usually sleep in long cotton nightgowns or PJs as they keep me warmer.
Unless of course I am feeling rather warm.

I just received this evening a red camisole with lace trim, red panties, and a red bra.
I look forward to seeing how they look and fit.  A more colorful set of clothing for sure for me, at least for "under clothing."  They feel nice when touching them.  I have a nice red blouse so this is when I may wear this "set" of totally color coordinated garments.

The red bra is another color of one of the bras I find comfy to wear.  So it should fit well.

Wow Chrissy, It was just back, like in August, that you were asking when one would wear a red bra.  Now you have the red bra and the red panties too! 😉

I just picked up a couple of Levi Icon Skirts at Levi's outlet here in town. The outlet had a buy one, get one free sale during Black Friday.  They are a mid thigh length A-line skirt. Both are denim, one with a finished hem, one with a cutoff hem. 

I have a couple more of these skirts, I really like how they look and fit.  One of them is a dark purple corduroy that actually looks really, really good.  They're a little shorter than what I generally wear but still an acceptable length.

It had some red panties but they wore out.  This time I decided to go for the red combination.  They did not come together in a set, I selected each one separately.


I decided to wear all three and a nice red blouse and black skirt while working today.
A pretty necklace and bracelet completed the outfit. It is a very nice look overall but of course, no one sees what is underneath.  Guess I could have wore my usual bra, etc. but I said why not just wear all of these new items today?  After all, I bought them.

I recently got 2 white summer dresses, they are the same but I needed to get more white clothing. I also picked up this absolutely lovely black "velvet" dress that has a tie at the neck. Also I got 2 dresses that are similar to the German peasant dress one in slate blue and one in black. Also I have just bought a black/grey layered skirt.

Right now I am busy trying to replace the female tshirts that I bought to pass off as male clothing. Now I want obviously feminine clothing which is part of the reason I no longer wear pants.

I enjoy wearing pretty dresses.  I still like wearing pants, PJs, jeans, and shorts though.

I am liking cap sleeves more and more. 

My red top I have on today has a big red bow in the front as part of the blouse and it actually does look nice. 

Enjoy your dresses, us women get to wear them and that is really nice.

I'm similar to you and prefer dresses and skirts to really push femininity. I do though like nice girly leggings or flare bottom pants say for work.

A nice low cut tight top and wearing pants high waisted works wonders though if not in dresses etc.

Got a cute pinafore dress which I love. Also added some cute leg warmers to add that UK  winter touch.

My slopey shoulders not ideal for this dress but glad they are like that as less masculine!

I've never broken a bone in my body yet...that may change very soon. Trying them on was an enlightening experience.

I have an old pair like that in brown suede. They were my first pair of boots. I love that style.

Just picked up a black satin skirt that was on Boxing week clearance for $7 (regular $20). 

Getting more brave with this blouse. Also I needed a strapless bra to make it work. No problems at all, but I'm only a 38B so support isn't critical!

Square neck dresses and tops can be quite appealing.  I do not have one.

I know all about the B cup size not being big at all but they sure are nice compared to the flatness I used to see when I looked down!  So, I am grateful for what I now have.

The straps do not provide much support at all, the bands are what really do the supporting.

I'm still waiting for the delivery but a store was selling ladies T shirts for $3 each. Nothing fancy but I needed a bit of a refresh for next summer so I ordered 7 of them. I think $21 for 7 t shirts is a steal of a deal.

Delivery tracking says it arrives by Wednesday.

I don't have super high expectations considering the price but the store that was selling them usually carries decent quality (it's one of those apparel stores you find in the mall).

Well looks like I'm trying this look out! I've wanted to a while but didn't know if I could pull it off.

Informally I often have the average soccer mom look, a sort of a middle aged preppie appearance.

Modest, conservative, not drawing attention, simple.

If I wear a crop top, it will be a t shirt that has numerous drawings of vegetables on it.

A vintages like blue floral top with a deep v neck and bell sleeves accented with black lace. It's a velvety material. And yes I did wear it out in public.😊

Love the jacket, Charlotte! Today, I bought my first miniskirt that I will never wear outside the safety and comfort of my home. I'm not sure why I bought a wool tartan skirt, but it might have been because I was on my way to a big family gathering and I arrived way too early. So I went shopping. Guess I needed some comfort threads.

I have a nightgown/housedress in this style but it has lace and just would not be appropriate as a regular dress.  It does look nice though, very feminine.  Feels so soft and it is a little flowy.

I had a top that fit the same way. I used a push-up bra and added the chicken filet inserts to get them to pop up better.

I bought some nice, loose, floral print, linen, summer pants at my favourite second-hand store.  It's dangerous to go into that store (or the restaurant next door, because it's, like, right next door!), because they have such gorgeous stuff.

[nerd]I just realized that I used five adjectives with one noun, without it sounding weird.  I don't think I've done that before.[/nerd]

It is okay use multiple modifiers and I am glad you were able to get your pants!

I recently couldn't hold back at a sale and got myself four new clothing items: a white denim skirt, a really cute A-line tweed mini skirt, a black mini dress and a tweed skort. Now I really need to stop spending money!

I took some two leggings and a number of panties and a few skirts and dresses to a shelter early this evening. They were in good condition, just a little too big.  I wanted to keep the panties that had little ribbons near the top in front, but parted with them.  I hope that most of these will find their way to women who need them.  I will sort through my pants maybe this weekend to see if some of those can go.
