Ok, I'm going out in the world today but small town and all I have to present male. My secret is I'm wearing new all lace boy short panties, bright red sparkly toes with a toe ring on each foot.
On top is a t-shirt cowboy jeans and Torrid ruched tennies.
What is your secret when you have to present?

For me its satin panties EVERY DAY. I also try to wear a nice soft feminine tank top under whatever masc. shirt I may be wearing that day.

As it has been a long time since I was a crossdresser instead of a MTF woman, the following times are the few situations that I may on any "secret clothing":  I will present androgynously or towards male mode when flying or renting cars when out of town, or occasionally under very specific situations.  Seems wise to do this when flying or renting cars without my documents being updated.   

I can get by without a bra and still be modestly dressed in those situations, but I will have my otherwise typical underclothes on.  If anyone paid really close attention to my shoes sometimes in those situations one may detect a feminine look about them, it depends what I chose to put on with the clothes.

Converse are generally unisex but they had a womens black and champaign color. They were black and a dull silver. I liked them but bought them specifically so I could wear womens shoes without anyone knowing or thinking twice about.

The last month, and especially since I've been layered up with the weather I've worn sports bras.

It's been a while but when I was an ASM in retail when I closed solo as a key holder I'd grab a nail polish tester, lock myself in my office and paint my toes while I was sending emails and daily reports.

I underdressed for years before transitioning and even for a while after.  Male failing became a thing after a couple of years, but I continued to push my luck at work.  I think most of the office gals knew but most of the guys probably thought I was gay.  I came out everywhere when I did my name change.  It was pointless to hide anyway.  I wasn't fooling anyone after 3 years of HRT.

Shaving arms, legs, face... That's just part of my daily routine. Nails both toe and fingers always polished but I keep fingers low key. Ladies jeans, boot cut. Ladies tees bralett panties necklace earrings even work boots. I have short hair for daily and keep it under a bandana when I don't want it seen. I do wear a short waist trainer and AAA silicone inserts daily so I have some little bumps. I did have to ditch my hair for a funeral a couple days ago. Yuck I hate that. It's gotten a lot harder to stay low key.

I started light shaving. Feet and ankles are smooth, for pedicures. My fingers are also low key

I did legs and body for years then went for it with my arms and face. I love how I look. Actually never liked my body hair but wanted long hair on my head. I wear short sleeve or sleeveless tops a lot and one thing I found out was nobody says anything. Should have been all off years ago. It's all in the head. Go for it, you'll like it.

I just went into a local store and bought makeup, a bra, undies and leggings. I did this in my male persona. No one looked, laughed or did anything. The lady helping me color match was amazing.

Internet shopping was a real game changer where you can ship to your home or po box discreetly. So is self checkout at some places like Walmart. I can discreetly pick something up and go checkout without anyone noticing.  But honestly most people think you're shopping or buying for your wife. That was always been my experience.

When the makeup counter lady did a color match on my face in the store it felt good. Even got freebies.
