I have discovered the joy of leggings. With the cold weather in Florida the last few days I had bought and wore my first pair of leggings.  I wore them under my work uniform and my legs stayed confortable not warm but acceptable.
If any of you have not tried them I recommend to give them a try. I even found out my weight loss is working and I can go down a size. Yea me.

I've got 5 pairs of leggings. A floral pair I wear with a nice sweater are my favorite. Also got some flared bottom ones that again with a sweater or cardigan and low cut top.

Also nice with shorter skirts to keep legs warm and make a modest look. I can wear shorter skirts or pinafore dress with black leggings at work. It's a nice winter look.

Around here leggings on show are a firm favourite of women looking for comfort and warmth.

My work is very blue collar. So under uniform pants is the best I can do. I will be wearing them at home until the weather gets warm again then shorts

I love fleece lined tights as a base layering PNW.

I live in leggings!

I adore leggings. When you find a brand that fits well, you may never want to wear jeans again. There are several brands I like, but for cold weather, my favorite is 'Ewedoos' fleece lined leggings. Amazon puts them on sale quite often. They are available in many colors, they hold up very well, and they have pockets! 'Spider' also makes some nice fleece-lined leggings. For cool (not cold) days, 'Balance' is my favorite brand. Both 'Ross Dress For Less' and 'TJ Maxx' often have great prices on leggings.

I absolutely love wearing leggings and my preference is the shinier material that is prevalent and lots of stores but I'd say not the most popular for lots of women and is definitely more noticeable in public.

So I have lots of different colors and prefer a matching set. But I started wearing black faux leather leggings out in public a lot.

I had two pairs but I donated them recently.

In Florida spring has sprung. I just got 2 pairs of "woman's " shorts. I tried them on today and OMG they are so comfy. I can wear them even when I have to present male.

Haven't really ever worn "leggings". Wife has some yoga pants I've slept in when she's been out of town.

I've worn nylons/stockings under my jeans at work. Especially during the winter. I've made the comment before silk doesn't freeze. I ride motorcycles year round so I got a silk pair I could wear without hiding with that as an excuse.

As I've been more gender affirming in my dress I've moved away from nylons and hose. Outside of skirts and stuff it just seems fetishy to me now.

I like wearing leggings under my jeans when it's cold out and. They work great under jeans on the motorbike too.

I just got in my first pair of heels. With a pair of floral tights and a,shirt dress. I lovec5he heels and tights I'm not sure about the dress.i may like it better with a belt. It maybe a size to large. A nice pair of boots may help also 😀

I've been eyeballing a few of "womens" shorts on Amazon. They look like mens shorts, so they shouldn't draw too much attention.

Practise with those heels first Kellie! It's important to get used to walking on lots of different surfaces first. Heels can be very slippy on laminate, tiled and wooden floors for example. You don't want to fall over all legs akimbo in your new dress! And watch out for floor grates!

It took me a while to get the strength in my ankles for the higher ones.

I went with a wide block heel that aren'tsuperhigh. So floor grates should not be an issue.

Ah sensible start! I went straight to 3" and not block heel either ha ha! Very wobbly for a while! Nearly broke my neck a few times!

I love my leather look leggings, my platform 6" high heeled boots make for a hot look.

You can put leggings under a denim skirt with a nice top and denim vest. Put on some boots.. Looks really nice

Unfortunately, I live in Florida. That would be to many layers.  It's short season already

Hi Kellie, you encouraged me to go out and buy a pair of full length leggings.

I love them

I went to visit my mother who is in care yesterday and wore them. I made sure the front was smooth, my nails were shiny, nice earrings and jewellery and new fem tee.

She wasn't critical of me, Her carer did a bit of a double take, but I really felt ok.

Feeling ok doesn't happen often much.

My first piece of female clothing was a pair of leggings. I thought I could pretend they were mens except I chose a girly pattern. I wore them out immediately and no one noticed. I loved wearing them, what an amazing garment.

I had two but they got too loose on me, so I donated them.  I have not bought any since.
