Use it a lot stir fried on curry. Hard to find in my area but plentiful when I lived in Blackpool. I like it

Fried okra, but it's got to be extra crispy, and they've got to be fresh/small okra and not the super giant woody/stringy okra. But tender extra fried okra is so, so tasty.

Yeah it really works with indian curries. Think they call it bhindi as in bhindi bhaji
