Carnitas, lime juice
Texmex tacos lemon
Street tacos i can go either way
Ceviche both when I could eat it.
My container of water that's all way near by i switch back and forth. There is a definite flavor difference
Salmon lemon
I could go on.

Also both in baking. Always use fresh not fake.

The best key lime pie is only available in Florida. Margaritaville has the best commercially available. Right after a cheeseburger in paradise with a couple margaritas. Jimmy Buffet got it right
