Title: Breast enhancers

I've found these silicone enhancers that will fit over my breasts under a bra and make them approx 2-3 sizes bigger. Going to try them as at 375g each they are only 100-200g lighter or so than the weight of the implants I'm getting.
That way i can get used to the weight but also solve my flat chestedness at the same time until I fly next January.
Ill see how they are when they arrive and feedback.

I used the silicone chicken fillet type enhancers when I was growing, still got them in fact though no need for them now. Did work visually, kind of like a push up bra effect, felt a bit weird but if nobody grabs your norks when you are out it's fine lol!

I think they sell these at Walmart. They did sell breast enhancers in the women's section, of course.

I ordered mine from a small UK business that specialises in them so hopefully theyll be good. Still limited to some degree as i wont be able to pretend i have cleavage. But st least i wont look flat chested anymore wearing things that fully cover them! In summer will mske up for it by showing as much of my lower region as i can get away with.

Victoria's Secret sells push up bras to go up one or two cups sizes. In the USA they have sales in January and July.

The pushup bras I found have more uplifting when I ordered on cup size DOWN.
It makes sense because there is less room in each cup for the breasts, especially with the greater amount of padding.

I received the breast enhancers last night. They are clear silicone literally like very soft floppy jelly. But sealed in a thin plastic layer so not sticky. At 375g each they have taken me to just over a C cup I expect, as I fit a 38C bra with them in. If my band size was smaller the gain would be bigger in cup sizes but at 38 is pushing it. Very comfortable as they conform round my breasts OK and have warmed up. Weight wise I'm not even noticing them which is probably because my frame is large. I wear size 16 am 83Kg and 5'10 tall so easy to carry.
They look nice although there is a shortcoming. They add outwards size but obviously can't do much to the diameter of each breast. Mine are quite far apart and even with these in I can't form a cleavage due to the distance. It has given me a good idea that when I get augmentation I probably need to target size D/E cups. Most size 16 clothing is designed with the assumption of large breasts and even C is a bit lost on my body.
I'm hoping that with augmentation as the implants go under the muscle, and will be wider being at the base, I'll form more of a cleavage. If I can get up to D/E, then if I am lucky enough to gain another cup size or so in a few years I could reach F/G which would be perfect for my liking!
For now will keep trying these with different outfits and see how they look.

I have some that are teardrop-shaped. I found the same thing that they add to the projection, but not the circumference. Typically, (assuming a flat chest), they would be worn with the narrow side up, or slightly angled toward the armpit. What I found is that if I turn them 90 degrees so they lie sideways in the bra, it gives the added width and pushes just enough to add cleavage. I wore them that way all the time, and it felt more comfortable and looked more natural.
Then HRT kicked in, and they just don't fit anymore. The backs are flat, so there is no room for my natural curve beneath them. I switched over to "swimmer's" breastforms, which are triangular-shaped with a curved back. They were much more comfortable, but, like the others, they were too hot and sweaty in the summer. I haven't worn them in over a year or more.

Plunge is almost too much! As far as I remember, when I was a C cup I did not have a problem getting adequate cleavage so I don't think it's necessary to go to extremes. Of course you might want to and there's nothing wrong with that.

I must admit I'm struggling to understand what these breast enhancers are if they're not the chicken fillet things that go under your breasts. Are they basically breast forms?

No the chicken fillet things sit in the bottom of the bra cup giving a "push up" effect. Same material though.

Well after a few weeks wearing these i can say theyre definitely comfortable and once positioned they look good enough through clothes. At least now i know that I'll be happy to go a lot bigger when i get augmentation having tested the water so to speak
Don't think I'll bother using them from now day to day though. Not really helping me feel better, as I just like a fraud. I will just go back to no breasts until i get surgery in a few months - at least they'll actually be in me.
