Has anyone increased their food intake to put on weight? I want to gain fat but not muscle, but all the advice seems to point towards muscle too which I really don't want. Peanut butter seems sn option but wondered if anyone else has tried anything?

I just have to look at food to put on weight :(
I certainly don't have any trouble that's for sure! It shouldn't be hard though, just eat things you aren't supposed to and exercise less! It's a combination of a slower metabolism and the wrong sorts of foods.
Ice cream is pretty bad I know that from personal experience!
Why do you want to gain weight? You don't look unhealthy.

I do eat unhealthy stuff and put nothing on! Its really annoying.
I don't want a slim body. I've always been clear to myself I want a plus size physique as I transition as I don't like the average/skinny look at all. I'm hoping to get lots of fat around my hips and bum area ideally.
Unfortunately with HRT I lost weight from 95kg to 83kg. I'd like to get nearer 95-100kg.

My dad eats nothing but biscuits and cake most days and he is skinny as a rake. If I ate one pizza it would take a whole week of dieting to loose it! HRT will change the way you put on fat eventually like maybe over the next few years but it's gradual.

It's a curse being overweight though Charlotte, I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

I've had more weight in the past and was ok so i don't see an issue. Im not sure why HRT made me lose about 10kg. I just honestly just don't like the slim look as a female at all, so this is pretty important to me just like some people desire to be slim, Im just the opposite!

I do a lot of gardening while squatting to build up my lower body. I have 34 inch hips.
I found that playing golf and walking the course reduce my waistline from 28 to 25 inches, for an hourglass figure.
I did some research and it looks like the best way to eat bread is to store it frozen and then toast it, so I made garlic french bread today. Prepared that way bread is less likely spike glucose levels. I also bought whole wheat flour to make my own bread products.

I have a coworker that's trying to add weight. He's one of those that can eat anything and loose weight.
He's doing a lot of rice and lean meat. It seems to be working
