Title: Mass. General Hospital (Boston) transgender health program?

Anyone have any experience with this clinic? Are they informed consent, does anyone know? I can't find anything clear on their website. https://www.massgeneral.org/transgender-health-program
That said, what do I say when I call them up? "Hi, I'm a trans woman looking to get hormone replacement therapy, do you prescribe on an informed consent basis? You do? Oh I'd like to make an appointment then."
I'm 60 years old and my egg cracked late last year. I have no idea how any of this works. Phone calls in general make me kind of anxious, and so does medical stuff. Worst of all, access to HRT was so heavily gatekept for practically my entire life that I think of providers as people looking for any excuse however thin to say "no". Look at them funny, say the wrong thing, don't give the "right" answers to their questions, and no HRT for you.
I'm also scared that I'm going to be told that "Oh you have this thing in your medical history/we found this thing in your bloodwork and it means you can't be on hormones ever." Killing my dream of spending whatever time I have left on this Earth as my real self.

I had surgery there. I went through Fenway Health. They provided my HRT and all the necessary letters for surgery. They operate under the informed consent model.
