Seems to be a Boston area chain, less expensive than Milan. Anyone familiar with them? Trans friendly? Effective? Etc.? One of their locations is pretty geographically convenient to me so that's be a huge bonus.

It does say "Laser for EVERYONE LGBTQ+ friendly. For Her, For Him, For Them." on the about page. 😁 💚

It does indeed, and that makes me hopeful. Statements of intent are one thing, though, actual personal experiences are another. And on the gripping hand, I can't imagine that a significant chunk of any laser place's business doesn't come from transfemme people.
I'm also wondering if anyone has any experiences with not just trans-friendliness but how good the service is, value for money, etc., etc.
