In a piece some years ago they described themselves as post-gender and pronouns won't matter to her. Great thinking and writing about the future of democracy and digital society. Born 1981 she was minister in Taiwan's government from 2016 to 2024 leading great activities in government reform notably trying - with some sucess - depolarising political debates.
