Mason urges pursuit of justice at convocation

Martin Luther King Jr. wanted peace, but not if that meant he would be exploited and segregated, University of Iowa President Sally Mason said Monday.
"'Peace is not merely the absence of tension,'" she said, quoting the slain civil rights leader. "'It is the presence of justice.'"
