Moms for Liberty has sued a New Jersey school district over policies protecting transgender students' privacy.
The anti-LGBTQ organization, represented by the conservative Thomas More Society, filed the federal lawsuit against the School District of the Chathams Board of Education over its student privacy policies, according to the New Jersey Globe.
In its complaint, Moms for Liberty cited a recent U.S. Supreme Court action in Mirabelli v. Bonta. The justices allowed a lower-court injunction restricting student confidentiality to take effect while parents continue to challenge similar policies in California. The Thomas More Society also represents the parents in that case.
"When Thomas More Society prevailed at the Supreme Court, we made a promise: any school board or district that kept hiding a child's so-called 'gender transition' from parents, or that punished kids for refusing to bow down to an ideology they don't believe, would be held accountable," said Christopher Ferrara, senior counsel for the Thomas More Society.
The Supreme Court's action was not a final ruling in Mirabelli. The justices instead vacated a stay imposed by the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, allowing the injunction to take effect while the litigation continues. The court's majority nevertheless signaled that the parent plaintiffs are likely to prevail on the merits.

The Thomas More Society is pure evil. They have a long history of evil.
They are either seriously deranged or behaving badly for money. Or both.
