Title: One question..
Post by: Sushi-Q on March 08, 2006, 11:06:15 PM
Hey Hey,

I have read Wiki and a large number of personal stories and posts so I may already know the answer to this.  I also know that this will vary from person to person and genetic back ground.  I have to ask however!

I've noticed a substantial change in my waist.  Now this is the female waist I'm talking about which is supposedly an inch above your belly button.  I've gone down to a 35.  I used to be a 40.  I'm eating well and I work on my stationary bike.  I always tried to stay active but I never had any success like this.  I would just wobble from a 40 to a 38.

Is this from the HRT?  I'd like to think so (/laugh).  Emotionally, I want to believe it's the meds but intellectually, I think it's the exercise.  Maybe it's both but it's all good.

Samantha.

While HRT does distribute body fat to a certain degree, I would have to agree with you that it's probably attributed to healthy eating and an active lifestyle.
