It takes a special kind of person to score a job through a Webcam interview ... from Australia. Christopher Neff, the new executive director of Outright Vermont, is that type of person.

The 31-year-old Neff, a Connecticut native, started the job as head of Vermont's lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth advocacy organization seven weeks ago but already has some big ideas about where the organization should be going.
