The Ontario Human Rights Commission has a well defined Code that grants civil rights to those citizens of Ontario who are transgendered.

But not in Ontario. Only in Alberta, British Columbia, and I think Saskatchewan.
Saskatchewan will require to be seen by CAMH. Alberta won't, and surgery will be at Menard and Brassard in Montreal, Quebec. BC I think is more flexible as to where you can get it (though Brassard is a good surgeon).

Brassard is the second best surgeon... Toby Metzler in the US in the best from what I Know..{}
