Pub News Forum Thread (UK) (http://www.morningadvertiser.co.uk/thread/2530/27017/Transgender-toilet-conundrum.aspx)
"I had a transgender in the pub last Thursday, not wishing to discriminate it poses a few problems. If the transgender uses the Gents toilets, the male clientele wouldn't feel to happy in there with a transgender in high heels, fishnets and miniskirt. At the same time if the transgender uses the female toilets the female clientele would feel awkward with a male's body in the room. Not wishing to cause prejudice to any party, I am a bit stuck. There are no disabled toilets, however there is a bathroom upstairs for contractor accomodation (mon to thurs). Not sure they'd be to happy either."
