VICTORIA (CUP) – What is a woman? Are male-to-female transsexuals real women? While sportsorganizations struggle to cope with these questions, a University of Victoria (UVic) Law Panel on Transgendered Athletes in Olympic Cycling took on the issue on Jan. 24.
