My understanding is that the pre-employment screening type of drug tests are targeted for specific drugs, basically the illegal varieties. Hormones probably aren't checked for at all, nor other non-recreational type drugs. Anyone else know more?

I really don't want anyone finding out about me just yet. My chest is getting big, and I have to wear a sports bra all the time now. It is a good job. I think I can hide at work for the money they are paying me. Don't want to loose a new job because something I am taking shows up as something else. Like some cold meds will show up as drugs(what I have been told)

From my experience of reading drug tests and drug test results, they specifically target certain drugs, like THC (which stays in your system for a good long time, so if you're a smoker, don't smoke for a month before), cocaine, opiates (which some cold medicines contain), and generally narcotic drugs.
I should say, my experience is as a lawyer when they're used in employment, child protection, custody, and criminal cases.
The only time they screen for hormones and things like that is if you're in athletic competition, and then it's generally steroids, testosterone levels, red blood cell count. I doubt that T-blockers and estrogen would show up on those. The test requisitions I've seen don't even have those things on them.
Oh, and I just realized that your original post contained dosage info. It's against the rules at Susan's Place to discuss specific dosages because we don't want to give people information that they might use to obtain hormones illegally. So I edited your post.
