They are "openly out"?  Now what fun is that?  That means that we'll not be able to assassinate their character in the media!  It means that we can't waste millions of dollars in news reporting, have embarrassed wives stand by their husbands in humiliating apologies, or have to trace the money trail to pay for sexual favors.  It means that there will likely be no arrests for improper bathroom behaviour. 

I ask again.  What fun is that?

This nation is going to hell in a hand basket.

Oakland prides itself on being the most diverse city in the nation.  Parts of it are real nice, other parts are like death zone.  But the political elements have come a long way in the last 20 years.
