Oklahoma paper publishes unhinged Kern letter to the editor

It appears that State Rep. Sally Kern is desperately trying to rally her base with behavior and commentary even more asinine and hateful -- if that is even possible.
In a local publication, The Bethany (OK) Tribune, there is a letter to the editor under her name that is completely off the deep end. A snippet:

1952? You've got to be kidding me. Who would even admit to being gay in 1952? It wasn't even called "gay" back then. It was called "gawd dammned ->-bleeped-<-got". Blacks couldn't even vote back then in many states. We all know what they called blacks.
I can not imagine why these bigots even attempt to use the same science that they reject in every other controversial issue. If science is so foreign, so fundamentally flawed that you can't use it to help define reality, then please quit using it. You know that history of the world thing, the geology, the paleontology that you won't accept? Don't. I'll take that car off your hands that uses fuel you say can't exist. Oh... don't buy any groceries cause they all come in plastic containers made from that same oil that can not exist according to my science that you will not accept. Don't even think of going to the doctor!
She's a real nut case. I hope she continues to spew this stuff. It's just too much fun.
