you know i kinda sympathise with the guy, i think my son suffers from the same thing even though he's two. but if he goes around in his diaper too long, he gets a severely bad rash(he's quite stubborn and picky on who he wants to change his diaper). I know i'm a woman so i can do the short skirt thing, but if he's not exposing anything and not acting in an unlawful manner, they should leve him alone, he's doing his job and that's what people want. damned people and their stupidity!!!

I suppose it depends on how short his choice of skirt is.. If too short, he might unintentionally show more than most people would reasonably expect to see and maybe this is what bothers the authorities.
I applaude this man for realising the logic of a skirt in relation to being comfortable. I recall when I had my lower leg in plaster after a fracture, a nice little skirt was perfect because it had no legs to contend with

I wonder if the retarded ordinance includes kilts. What can they say to someone if they wear one.

QuoteOfficials said Herrod's short skirt goes against a city law barring anyone from sagging their pants or exposing themselves. The board told Herrod they would reconsider his request when he could provide a doctor's note.
If challenged any court would find it unconstitutional. You can not pass a law saying it's not ok for one gender to do something while allowing another to do the same thing.
It's called equal protection. If the skirt was legal for women, it's legal for men.
