A SYDNEY man - allegedly set on fire and killed by his estranged wife - became a quadriplegic after falling during a sex orgy with a transsexual, a court has been told.
The elderly woman who killed her estranged quadriplegic husband was humiliated by him visiting prostitutes and infecting her with syphilis, a Sydney judge has also been told.

An elderly woman's killing of her estranged quadriplegic husband by setting fire to his home was an "extremely evil act", a Sydney judge said.
Justice Michael Grove made the comment during sentencing submissions for Grace Soon, 70, who has pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of Stephen Chin, 63, in September 2006.
