More of us need to get on the stick, according to a poll by City University of New York's Hunter College. Too many gays and lesbians are ignorant of their civil rights (and limits on them). That doesn't bode well if one of our goals is to help educate straight allies. (Washington Blade):
Based on the responses of 768 gays, lesbians and bisexuals to a national poll given in November, the analysis found that most respondents could not correctly answer four questions regarding their state and federal rights.
