Title: Running tunes
Post by: Floating on May 16, 2008, 08:16:13 AM
Hi everyone, I was debating whether to post this here or in the fitness section.  I decided here would get the most responses.

I run about 4 times a week and I usually listen to my ipod when I run.  Unfortunately my music collection is mainly
filled with classical music which, for the most part, isn't that great for jogging/running to.

What I was hoping was that you could give me a few suggestions as to what I could add to my play lists.  So any songs that a have a decent quick tempo (nothing too slow or way too fast).  If you happen to have a collection of songs that you run or work out to that'd be great.

Any help would be appreciated. ^_^

You have to find the beat the will go with your pace.  In most cases, techno will kill you, I found Big Band Jazz to be pretty close for a lot of physical stuff.  Try Glenn Miller.
