I am sorry but this group irritate me greatly.  They were ok when they did what they did regards to prisoners of war and others detained without their own lands etc but these days, they seem to wish to get involved in national politics of any nation that would be daft enough to listen to them.

What irritates me most of all is the fact that they claim 'charitable ' status.....in UK, the law says that charities may NOT engage in political activity, they must demonstrate public benefit commensurate to their aims.

I am sorry but what has this to do with Amnesty?  I may be wrong and may annoy some of you and I am sorry if this is so but this organisation is not alone in drifting away from their core purpose and the reason they gained 'charity' status.... ::)

Most of Chicago would like them to end brutality as the 'fun part of the job' across the board.
