The complaint reads that after witnessing some gym members engaging in sexual acts with one another, the undercover agents agreed "that sending us into this place again puts us or any other undercover officer in danger of sexual assault and or great bodily harm or injury."
"It's completely homophobic," Morrissey said.
Blizman, of Equality New Mexico, said the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community is concerned about possible violations or police harassment.
