Senate Bill 200 prohibits discrimination in places with public accommodations and opens public restrooms in Colorado to either sex; something Focus on the Family says puts women and children at risk of sexual predators.
"It represents a pay back to Tim Gill and two other billionaires who have essentially 'bought' the state Legislature with enormous campaign contributions," Focus on the Family Founder and Chairman James Dobson said in a press release after the bill was signed.
