If you're talking about eyebrows then I don't think so, everything else may decrease with HRT...
My brows are out of control after little more than a week, is that the same for y'all??

I'm not sure. I was told that plucking eyebrows for years and years will make it not come back. Don't take my word for it, though.
Even I pluck between the eyebrows and such because even guys look gross with too much hair floating around on their face (with the exception of beards and suck).

I've gotten into the habit of going to a salon to get my eyebrows threaded every two weeks. If I wait any longer, I get all overgrown which makes it harder to do the job (and more painful). My girlfriend said she hadn't plucked her eyebrows in many years, because all the tweezing she did when young made them stop growing. But one day she went to the salon with me and tried getting threaded because I like it so much. Now she claims she needs to pluck her eyebrows again because the action of threading reawoke the follicles-- just the reverse of conventional wisdom! So we both went and got it done today.
