Title: NEW PERSONAL RECORD IN WEIGHTLIFTING

I set a new snatch PR today. The snatch is one of the two lifts done in olympic weightlifting. And not to brag, but I'm a pretty hardcore athlete w/ that stuff.
And so, without further ado, I hit a PR of 62.5 kilgrams today in a COMBO, not just the individual lift itself.
cam died, but i managed to get the 60kg lift recorded^_^

i've been making some amazing progress lately. only down side is that it makes it harder for the upper body muscles to atrophy.
